How regular should my clean be?
That depends on your needs. Some clients require a daily clean. Others weekly, fortnightly and some are even monthly. Contact us to discuss what will work best for your business & budget.
How can I trust that CleanInvestor will ensure a quality service?
CleanInvestor has always worked towards Australian and International Standards and we are now working on attaining certification of ISO standards. CleanInvestor also uses PEERLESS JAL as its exclusive preferred cleaning chemical supplier.

Will I always have the same cleaner?
Yes, you will have the same cleaner for all your commercial cleans. However, if they are sick or on holidays, we will need to send someone else. We will ensure your replacement cleaner provides the same outstanding clean you’ve come to expect from CleanInvestor.
How much will it cost? My previous cleaner was highly competitive then changed the cost after one month.
CleanInvestor’s fixed quoting system means you know exactly how much your commercial clean will cost. Many cleaning companies offer low prices at the beginning to ensure your business. After a while, they realise these prices are unsustainable and they increase them without warning. CleanInvestor will never do this. All our prices are competitive, transparent and, more importantly, fixed.
Do I get a discount if I choose more than one service or have multiple sites?
As each job is different, CleanInvestor will provide a transparent, competitive and ethical quote for all your services and offices.
What happens if my clean falls on a public holiday?
If your clean falls on a public holiday, CleanInvestor will change the service date to the day before, or the next working day after the public holiday.
What if I am not happy with my clean?
If you are not happy with your clean, then we want to know about it! We train all our cleaners to seek feedback on the services provided. In case you are not comfortable talking direct to your cleaner, you can get in touch with our Auditors and Compliance Team on 1300 50 55 50. To ensure Quality Control, we also have office staff randomly contact clients to make sure they are happy with the service.
